This half-day workshop will focus on the role that boards play in setting the curriculum vision as well as approaches to effective monitoring of the curriculum.  Participants will consider what the new Education Inspection Framework means for their curriculum.

Chairing Skills

The half-day workshop will focus on the skills chairs need for delivering a successful meeting through the following three aspects: careful planning (before the meeting); chairing capability (during the meeting); and critical evaluation (after the meeting). 

Ethical Leadership Framework

This half-day workshop will focus on the Ethical Leadership Framework for Education.  Participants will be introduced to the framework and consider approaches to introducing it to their board's practices.
