Andy is an Associate member of the Senior Leadership Team at North Kesteven Academy with responsibilities for Initial Teacher Training, Newly Qualified Teachers, Early Careers Teachers and Teaching and Learning. He is also a specialist teacher of History and Politics and has taught both Geography and English up to Key Stage Four. Additionally, Andy is currently acting as the Area Hub Manager for Lincolnshire Schools Challenge Partners

Andrew Chisholm
Lincolnshire Teaching Schools Alliance
Andrew Chisholm is Director of Lincolnshire Teaching School Alliance, as well as Director of Teaching in the Priory Federation of Academies Trust.  Andrew sits on Lincolnshire Learning Partnership Board as the representative of Lincolnshire Teaching Schools Together. He leads the strategic approach to several county-wide initiatives, as well as supporting the improvement strategies for teaching and leadership.
Andrew designs and facilitates several leadership programmes at a local level, and has formerly led Teaching and Learning within a Senior Leadership Team, as well as being a Subject Leader and Advanced Skills Teacher in MFL.

Rob Reeve
The Priory Federation of Academies
Rob is the Director of Welfare for the Priory multi academy trust (MAT). He has been a head teacher at two secondary schools and a specialist centre that provided an alternative provision for children at risk of permanent exclusion (pre-exclusion programs). He is the MAT’s Safeguard lead and responsible for dealing with complex complaints.

Stephen Hopkins
Trainer, Coach, Consultant
Stephen is a freelance trainer, coach and consultant. The focus of his work is leadership development, coaching/mentoring skills development, advanced facilitation techniques and governor training and development. He is the Chair of the Community Inclusion Trust (CIT) and has extensive governance experience is a range of settings.
Stephen is a fellow of the Institute of leadership and management and the Institute of Training and Organisational Learning. He is an accredited Master Coach with accreditation from the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPCM). Stephen is a former headteacher, ofsted inspector and DfE civil servant.

Nicki Shore

Nicki has 23 years’ experience of working in school leadership in Lincolnshire, including seven years as a secondary headteacher. She has also worked as Head of Programmes for the national creative writing charity First Story and now chairs their regional advisory panel.
Nicki is a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and works as the researcher in residence for the Priory Trust as well as pursuing her own research interests in improving outcomes and opportunities for disadvantaged students and boys’ literacy achievement.

Maths
Doug Drake
Lincolnshire Teaching Schools Alliance
Doug is the Strategic School Improvement Leader for The Priory Federation of Academies Trust, he also supports the work of the Lincolnshire Teaching School Alliance.   Doug started out as a maths teacher before taking up roles as Advisory Teacher and then Senior Consultant for the local school improvement service focussed on Maths and Data.  He has led and facilitated many maths based programmes including the Subject Leader Meetings, Maths Hub workgroups, the PD Lead accreditation for NCETM and supported the introduction nationally of the Core Maths Qualification.  He sits on two Maths Hub Strategic Boards and is a former member of the ACME Outer Circle. 
Doug holds the NCETM Professional Development Lead Accreditation in Secondary and Post 16 phases, is a Chartered Mathematician and an ELE for the local Research School.  Doug facilitates several of the Leadership programmes offered in county including NPQSL and NPQML.

Steve Willshaw
Lincolnshire Teaching Schools Alliance
Steve is the Subject Leader for English for the Priory Federation of Academies Trust. Previously he was the Senior English consultant with the local school improvement service after ten years as a head of English in two secondary schools. He is on the national committee of the National Association for Advisors in English and has written and advised on a number of publications related to English teaching for Pearson, the Chalkface Project and Longman. He also supports the work of the Lincolnshire Teaching School Alliance, creating the headteacher performance management process and working as the External Advisor for two local secondary schools.
Currently Steve is the LTSA Hub Lead for the Peer Improvement Pathway, co-ordinating the work of two clusters of pilot schools. He was an Education Officer in Guernsey for two years. Steve is a trustee of the National Baccalaureate Trust and is an Associate of the Teacher Development Trust.

Martin Reece
Regional Development Leader for STEM Learning
Martin is an independent Secondary Science advisor working across the Midlands. He works for a wide range of organisations, providing bespoke CPD and advice through courses and in-school consultancy.
He is an accredited Senior Facilitator for STEM Learning and also a Subject Associate Advisor for AQA. Martin is also an active member of the ASE, sitting on their CPD Leaders Committee.

Geography
Aidan Hesslewood
Spalding Grammar School
Aidan Hesslewood is Head of Geography at Spalding Grammar School and a consultant to the Geographical Association (GA). He is a moderator for the GA’s Secondary Geography Quality Mark and an editor of Teaching Geography (a GA publication). He is also chair of the South Lincolnshire branch of the GA, and recipient of the 2018 Ordnance Survey award for excellence in geography secondary education by the Royal Geographical Society with the Institute of British Geographers (RGS-IBG).

Kerry Milligan
The King's School
Kerry is the subject leader for History and Politics at The King’s School in Grantham and an A-Level lead examiner and assessment writer for AQA.  She was also closely involved in the development of the 2017 Edexcel Politics specification as a reviewer of the USA and Global Politics modules.

Ben Price
William Farr School
Ben is Head of Design, Engineering and Technology of a large comprehensive secondary school with a team of 12 staff.  He is also the Principal Moderator of GCSE Design and Technology, and a Senior Examiner for a leading exam board.  Ben has previous moderated Graphic Products, Resistant Materials and Electronic Products at GCSE and Product Design at A-level.
During the legacy qualification (2009-2017) Ben was Principal Moderator for GCSE Electronic Products.  Some of the other work he was involved with included being part of the writing team for the Specification and sample assessment materials.  Ben is used as the lead trainer for GCSE Design and Technology, running sessions across the world.

Charli Neal
The Priory Pembroke Academy
Charli is Assistant Headteacher at Priory Pembroke Academy. She has been a designer in Industry, an Advanced Skills Art Teacher, Head of Art and in leadership for 4 years.
Charli has been running the LTSA art network meetings for the past 2 years and is keen to develop art and creativity across the county by sharing good practise regularly.

Lindsay has been a secondary Mathematics teacher for 11 years in the county, where she has been in several roles based around training of new and existing staff within in the profession. Lindsay is currently a Lead Practitioner in Mathematics at Sir Robert Pattinson Academy in Lincoln.

Mel Jays
Mel graduated from the University of Nottingham with an honours degree in Physics. In his teaching career he became, Head of Physics at the Vale of Ancholme School in Brigg, Head of Science at City School Lincoln and Deputy Headteacher at Kesteven and Sleaford High School in Sleaford.
After retiring from full time teaching, Mel worked for the Institute of Physics as a Teaching and Learning Coach. After 4 years helping schools all over Lincolnshire he now works for LTSA as well as continuing as a Team Leader for the marking of GCSE Physics.

MFL Teacher Subject Specialism Training 

Phil Scully
Assistant Headteacher (retired) at Lincoln Christ's Hospital School
Prior to retirement from full-time teaching, Phil was responsible for whole-school Teaching and Learning and formal assessment.
Phil now works as Principal Examiner in Spanish for Cambridge Assessment.  He is responsible for setting and marking the Advanced level Spanish Essay Paper and also for the Advanced level Listening Paper. Additionally, Phil is part of a small team of Cambridge teacher trainers and works with teachers, in an international setting, in order to support them in their preparation of candidates for the Cambridge Spanish Advanced level courses.

Penny Davison BSc French and German, BTS Traductrice/interprète
Penny was a teacher of EFL for over 10 years at University of Haute Alsace and in diverse business and commercial enterprises in Mulhouse France. She has 30 years experience teaching MFL from primary to university level in the UK and 25 years experience in teacher training, PGCE and NQT mentoring in the mainstream comprehensive system. Penny has been involved for 3 decades in preparing students for degree, Oxbridge and UCAS entry. She is a facilitator specialising in the up skilling of beginning, practising and returning MFL teachers.
